In these unique events, Ned explores and demonstrates an extraordinary knowledge of cheese and wine, beer or champagne pairings.

<P><SPAN>This time we’re pairing cheeses with highly-hopped, hazy pale beers across a number of styles. These unfined, unfiltered beers are all heavily dry-hopped, at least twice, and use grains like wheat and oats to boost their body and mouthfeel to create a smooth, juicy texture. Despite what they have in common, each of these beers is a very different expression of citrus, tropical fruit, bitterness, savoury, juiciness and intensity, making them ideal partners to a range of cheeses. Some of the beers will be just a few days old, and you’ll be tasting them at their absolute freshest.</SPAN></P>
