My Alex Health is your new ‘front door’ to your electronic health record.
It is a web-based, secure digital service where you can see information relating to your care with The Princess Alexandra Hospital.
In this series of free events we'll tell you what you need to know, including how to register and then use My Alex Health so you can get the most out of your care at hospital.
With My Alex Health you can:
- view your own appointment schedule
- view your test results, reports and health record information
- complete assessments and questionnaires within the patient portal
- view hospital letters digitally
- receive appointment SMS reminders on your phone
