Society often values conformity over individuality, leading to a lack of understanding and support for those with neurodivergent experiences. This expectation can result in isolation, marginalisation, and unnecessary challenges.

Welcome to ‘My Neurodivergent Self’, a neuro-affirming series of six (6) workshops that celebrate neurodivergence, focusing on Autism, ADHD. Whether newly diagnosed, self-dentifying, questioning or want to explore your identity further, we create a safe space that acknowledges and celebrates differences, rather than dismissing them.

These workshops are subsidised by Social Enterprise Kent for residents and those connected to Thanet, Dover, Folkestone, or Hythe areas
