This is the perfect chance to team up with your bestie and show off your skills in person. Here's a rough breakdown of the day Workout 1;5 rep max - Barbell Back Squat (6 min time cap)5 rep max - Barbell Push Press (6 min time cap)1 point per KG, score is only taken on a complete set of 5 reps. Max calories Assault Bike (3 minute time cap)---------- Workout 2;TBC
