Join Rie Iimori (co-president) and Hinako Iimori (heir to the brewery) as they host a special dinner at Roji restaurant. Sampling a rare selection of their Nabeshima brand, the evening will be an introduction to their super-premium range of sake.
Based in Saga Prefecture on Kyushu Island, the brewery celebrated its 100th year in 2023. Their goal is to make local sake that is loved by everyone. The range is a masterclass in elegance and subtle stimulation of the palate.
During the course of the evening, we will taste a variety of the brewery's products while enjoying a full course of seasonal plates prepared by the Roji team. The brewery owners will be on hand to guide and answer questions.
Expect a night of exceptional drinks paired with beautiful plates of food.
There will be two sittings for this event. please select either 5.30pm or 8.30pm.
