Nature Club - Seasonal Science

Nature Club at the Science Oxford Centre

Investigate the changing seasons at this month’s autumnal Nature Club. Experiment with leaf chromatography to find out how green leaves can turn brilliant orange, yellow and red! Build a nest with natural materials from the woodland and test how animals keep warm with a datalogger - wrap up warm and come and find out!

What is included in your ticket:

90 minute club session for one child and accompanying adult

Access to:

- Access to the woodland and outdoor areas from 10am–5pm (last entry 4.30pm)

- Cafe 10am - 4pm

- Parking (limited availability)

What is NOT included:

- Access to the Exploration Zone

Event Details

All Nature Club sessions must be accompanied by an adult. These family workshops are designed for you and your child to learn from each other and work together while trying out new things. Led by our expert club leaders with bespoke activities designed to provide science-inspired fun challenges. There is a different theme each week so we and you are always learning something new!

£14 per club ticket (includes Eventbrite booking fee)

One child and accompanying adult

£5 additional adult/s ticket admittance to Science Club and outside areas / café. All attendees need a ticket; for under 3’s we recommend a visit to the Family Day instead.

Emira's Kitchen café at the Science Oxford Centre is open on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and rolls. Families are welcome to bring picnics to eat at our lunch tables.
