Nature compassion
An introduction to mindful resources and practices to turn towards ourselves - and nature - when we need it the most.
Please join me for four sessions in April 2026 to explore mindful nature compassion practices. The sessions will include short meditations and everyday practices to soothe and strengthen our nervous systems. We will explore nourishing the ecology of right brain integration - the primal realm of mental health and wellbeing. And we will playfully open to the possibility of including ourselves in the circle of compassion, and restoring our connection with nature.
Save the Dates Wednesdays 1st, 8th, 15th and 22th of April from 11.30 to 12.30pm
Please intend to attend all four course dates!
The sessions will be delivered online with Zoom, with max 12 participants.
This is a pilot programme as part of my certification as a mindful meditation teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, so the course is offered at reduced price. Full bursaries are available, please select this at the checkout.
The sessions are informed by polyvagal theory, mindful self compassion, and interpersonal neurobiology.
Suitable for people with no previous meditation or compassion experience, as well as for those who have prior experience and would enjoy practicing together with a focus on nature compassion.
