Refunds up to 7 days before event. Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable. But happy to move your booking to another day with a 48hrs notice.

You will be contacted in advance providing a  checklist of what to wear and bring so that you are comfortable and relaxed during your session in nature.

There is no actual bathing in water involved! Forest Bathing+ is a sensory connection journey, moving slowly through the woodland - mindfully connecting with all your senses for relaxation and wellbeing. We will be near the pond for quite some part of the session, but only for sensory exercises.
