Nicola will be your guide, allowing you to escape the hectic world, disconnecting from your devices and babbling daily thoughts

This will be a Nature Sensory Experience where Nicola will do forest bathing (indoors) for the first 2 hours and then Mindful art & poetry for the 3rd hour.

Forest bathing started in Japan in the 1980s, known as Shinrin-Yoku. “Shinrin” meaning forest, and “Yoku” meaning bathing/showering in.

Forest bathing is not going for a swim in the open lakes, rivers or streams in the wild.

During your session Nicola will be your guide, allowing you to escape the hectic world, disconnecting from your devices and babbling daily thoughts of to do lists and deadlines. It’s a personal time in silence for you, but not meditation as you may think of it.
