Nature Writing Workshop
Overview
Join author and journalist Sophie Yeo for a workshop on writing about the natural world.
The interactive session will explore how to find an angle, set the scene, develop a narrative and find your voice. It will target writers of both fiction and non-fiction, and will feature opportunities for both writing and feedback.
About the Trainer:
Sophie Yeo is an award-winning author and journalist. Her book, Nature's Ghosts: The World We Lost and How To Bring It Back, explores the role of history within nature conservation. She is also the editor of Inkcap Journal, a newsletter focusing on nature in Britain.
This event will be happening online via zoom and is limited to 15 participants.

Entry level: This event can be attended by people who have little to no pre-existing knowledge of the topic and wish to develop an initial understanding.
Concession tickets: available for those in eduction or those on a low income/in receipt of universal credit.
