We're honoured to have Dr Nicky Keay join us for The Endurance Speaker Series in 2025.

Nicky is a medical doctor with specialist expertise in the field of exercise endocrinology (she's an expert in hormonal health!) and has many years experience working in clinical and athletic fields.

Nicky studied medicine at Cambridge University, she worked as a Research Fellow at St Thomas’ Hospital, London and currently holds the position of Honorary Clinical Lecturer in the Division of Medicine, University College London.

Her research into the impacts of lifestyle, nutrition and exercise on hormone networks is regularly published and she is the author of "Hormones, Health & Human Potential" and editor of “Myths of Menopause”.
