NAWIC - Summer Tapas

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) began its existence in Texas in 1955. It was founded to provide a support network to the female in the construction industry and has developed into a global organisation with over 6,000 members worldwide in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.NAWIC UK and Ireland is a Not-For-Profit organisation divided into six separate regions: Ireland, London and South East, East Midlands, West Midlands, North East, North West, Scotland and Southwest and Wales. Each region is represented at national level but run on a day to day basis by local committees.NAWIC encourages individuals to pursue, establish and sustain successful careers in the Construction Industry. Date: Thursday 16 September 2021Time: 17:30 – 20:30Venue: Revolucion de Cuba, Newcastle! Cost: £15 per person (this includes a welcome drink and food)Come along and join in the fun at our Summer Tapas, being held on the Terrace at Revolucion de Cuba. You can catch the last of the summer sun, enjoy some amazing food and meet up with friends, colleagues and likeminded people from the construction sector.Spaces are expected to go fast so please book early to avoid disappointment.
