Who do you think you are?All of us have a multitude of different identities, relating to race, family, gender, job etc.Did you know the identities we hold don&#x27;t just describe us, they also affects others? Our personal experiences, cultural beliefs and identities create different lenses through which we see our world. This can unwittingly cause bias, discrimination and unfair treatment.At NCBI Training we believe in changing hearts to change the world. We know the power of holding a safe space; and leading with a positive spirit of hope and compassion.In over 18 years, we&#x27;ve not once met someone who doesn&#x27;t have a powerful story to share.
