Free, drop-in sessions led by qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors — offering friendly, expert support with Infant feeding

One to one Feeding support with our experienced NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor, Judianne, funded by National Lottery grant, supporting with all feeding goals, including breastfeeding, using first stage formula milk, expressing and introducing solid foods.

Partners/ Supporters are welcome.

Pop in for a chat and to meet other families over a cup of tea and slice of cake. Our NCT Bexley Bumps and Baby group runs alongside our Baby Cafe.

When visiting a NCT Baby Café you can expect:

• to feel welcome in a relaxed, safe, child-friendly environment

• the service to be free, inclusive and accessible

• to receive support, encouragement and reliable information to make the rights decisions for you

• to meet other parents

• to be signposted to other services including health professionals, local community support and other NCT services and groups
