Free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents to meet, chat and share experiences — supporting each other through early parenthood Join us for a lap of West Park, meeting at the Albert Road at 10.30am and followed by an optional visit to a local cafe. Suitable for parents and carers of babies up to pre-schoolers, and expecting parents. Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to: -get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route -improve their mental health and wellbeing -make new friends and feel part of a community
