Near Surface Geoscience Workshop

EAGE Local Chapter Aberdeen

A programme of five invited speakers from a variety of organisations active in the offshore diversified energy sector.

Topics range from acquisition, processing, interpretation and end-use of shallow geoscientific data. 
Our speaker panel will comprise:
Robert Mullen &amp; Bill Barry (RPS Group) on Collaborative VSP acquisition to optimise velocity control and high resolution imaging. 
Nick Woodburn &amp; Pete Cox (RockWave) on Improved certainty in ground-modelling with optimised seismic processing.
Simona Caruso &amp; Lewis Cottee (Vysus Group) on Extended top-hole and foundation zone interpretation techniques.
Scott Griffiths (Fugro) on UHR3D seismic data for sub-seabed boulder detection. 
Mark Finch (Ternan Energy) on Engineering decisions arising from geoscientific data interpretations.
