Refunds & Transfers

By booking an event at Bad Dave’s School of Art & Crafts, you agree to our cancellation & changes policy, which states:

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be accepted

  • No less than 14 days before a course starts
  • Will be processed without Eventbrite’s fees (currently covered by the host)

TRANSFERS

  • Transfers will only be accepted if they are agreed by the host and confirmed in writing between the host and the student up to 48 hours before the course starts.
  • All agreed transfers require the ticket holder and their replacement to agree the price and exchange monies between those two parties only. The host does not get involved in the transfer of monies and retains the original payment in full.
  • If a transfer is agreed, they will be required to adhere to Bad Dave’s policies and processes.

Parking / How to get here:

  • Bad Dave's Studio is in a secret spot with an access route framed with ancient walls, mature trees and the odd climbing rose. The studio opens onto the host's garden in summer time. It cannot be accessed by car but is a very short walk from free car parking which is:
  • On Fore Street (free), walk down Jubilee Gardens (steep-ish slope) lane until the path becomes grass, following the signs to the studio.
  • In Fore Street car park (free) at the intersection of Fore Street amd Creedwell Orchard. Walk either through Creedwell Orchard lower carpark or back along Fore Street until
  • Creedwell Orchard lower car park (free), as far to the back as possible, walk through Jubilee Gardens (flat walk) until the path becpomes grass, following the signs.

Disabled Access Awareness

  • Park in Creedwell Orchard lower carpark.
  • The studio entrance is over grass and has a doorsill lip to step over.
  • A unisex toilet is across the lawned garden with two short steps to get to the toilet door. Use the studio's rear door to access the garden there is an uneven step down to leave the studio.
  • Studio floor is rubber tiled and flat.
  • Each customer has a 1200mm wide table.

About the tutor

Bad Dave is the creative persona of Anna Farrow, an artist based in Somerset transitioning into life as a full-time artist, sewist and teacher.

A Chelsea College of Art graduate, Anna has taught design at Wiltshire College, sold her first painting at 14, won the Mid-Somerset Prize for Poetry at 15, attended Central St Martin's courses as an adult and is fortunate to have a talent for all things creative.
