Nervous System Reset - Breathwork + Floating Hammocks
A midday pause designed for reset your body and mind
This 60-minute session is designed to support your body to slow down, soften, and recalibrate. We begin with simple breath-led techniques and grounding meditation to guide you gently out of stress and into presence, giving your body a chance to pause.
From there, you’ll move into a hammock. Suspended, weightless, and fully supported, your system is invited to release tension and rest. The gentle sway of the fabric helps calm the mind, regulate the breath, and ease the body into stillness.
You’ll be immersed in a nature-inspired soundscape. Flowing water, soft birdsong, and earthy tones work subtly with your breath and body, encouraging deeper rest and a sense of quiet regulation.
This is your space to land, reset, and reconnect. A chance to slow down so you can return to your day feeling more spacious and steady.
Why Hammock Relaxation?
Suspended rest offers full-body support, relieving pressure from your joints, decompressing the spine, and signaling safety to your nervous system. The rhythmic rocking engages the vestibular system—promoting balance, relaxation, and an effortless sense of calm.
Expect to leave feeling:
• Grounded and clear
• Cocooned and nourished
Suitable for pregnant mamas - The hammocks help you feel weightless and removes pressure off your back. The music we play during the session is gentle and designed to calm your nervous system.
