Event description

Over the coming months HFTF will be teaming up with climate change policy experts to host a series of webinars introducing different areas of climate change policy.

On 10th June we’ll be joined by Dr Jonny Marshall from the Energy and Climate Change Intelligence Unit for our first webinar where we’ll be discussing net zero. We’ll cover what net zero is, how the UK has progressed so far and what more we need to do to become carbon neutral. We’ll bust some myths about net zero (why should the UK aim for zero when China and the US pollute so much more? Will this hurt the economy?) and you'll have the chance to ask Jonny any questions you have. HFTF's Assistant Director, Sarah Robinson, will also discuss how you can discuss net zero with your MP or councillor.

The webinar will be free for those who are signed up to HFTF’s weekly update and £3.50 for those who aren’t. Sign up here and we’ll send you the link for the webinar.
