About this event

We started this group as we wanted to create a community for women who have, or would like to have their own creative or wellbeing business. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed, inspiring and helpful place in which you can connect with others who are on similar journeys; a place in which you can offer mutual support, share knowledge and enjoy delving into the challenges and rewards that come with building a business.

Our community is here to support you; to help you to make new connections, friends and potentially people to collaborate with. It is designed to be a circle of support for you in both your professional and personal life. We wanted to create something special which would help you to feel, and be, at your best, as you build your business and juggle the demands that life and work bring, in a way which feels nurturing, stimulating and fun.

We work with women who recognise that taking care of their own wellbeing is essential if they are to maintain their sense of wellbeing as they build their business. We are committed to creating a truly supportive, engaged and enjoyable community which offers us the space to be individuals and explore how best to take care of ourselves, share ideas, knowledge and support one another.

We recognise the vital role that nature plays, in offering a supportive environment which will stimulate and calm our brain, helping us to think more clearly and feel better in so many ways.

And so we invite you to join us to find some inspiration, have some fun, and participate in what is already proving to be a positive environment for our own wellbeing and for our businesses.

Walking together is a lovely way to connect and outdoor settings are a brilliant way to encourage natural conversations. We will walk at a comfortable pace for everyone. We'll occasionally pause and give you the opportunity to naturally mix and speak to others in the group, relax and enjoy your surroundings. There won't be any formal elevator pitches-just relaxed discussions, where you will have plenty of opportunity to share your business with others, and learn about theirs.

Our walks are designed to be an enriching and enjoyable experience for all.

On this walk you will meet your host at the entrance to the garden centre at Batsford Arboretum. There is a free car park there. Together you will walk across fields of crops and wild flowers on a flat footpath towards Moreton-in-Marsh. There are a couple of gates and stiles and it can get muddy after lots of rain so we would urge you to wear wellies or walking boots. Maybe bring a walking stick too after periods of heavy rain as it can be a little muddy and therefore slippery in just a couple of places, near the gates and stiles.

***PLEASE NOTE***

Please check your spam folder for your booking confirmation if you can't see it, and add our email to your address book.

Please also note that in the case of inclement weather where hosts deem it unsafe to walk, the session will still go ahead as planned but will be cafe based. You will be contacted if a session is being moved to the cafe so please look for an email, text or WhatsApp message on the morning of the session. In the event that this moves to a cafe based session you will meet at Batsford Arboretum Cafe.

Please also note that these walks are restricted to adults only; no children or dogs permitted.

Some of the areas we walk in are paved, but in parts may not be, so could be a little muddy, uneven and slippery at times so please remember to wear appropriate footwear, and to bring a waterproof, hat, umbrella or whatever else you may need for the walk.

Please note that you walk at your own risk.
