🌟 NeuroCurious: Unlocking Communication Strengthening connection by understanding communication differences.

After two sold-out events, NeuroCurious is back!

Neurodivergent communication differences are at the heart of so many misunderstandings, in relationships, workplaces and families. And most of the time, nobody realises the root cause.

Whether you're neurodivergent, love someone who is, or simply want to understand the people around you better, this space is for you. Come with a partner, friend, family member or your whole team. Learning this together is where the real shift happens. No prior knowledge needed. Just curiosity.

Understand More. Connect Better.

Communication looks different for many ND people, and misunderstandings go both ways. The way many ND people process thoughts, express emotions and connect with others is often different.

These differences ripple through our closest relationships, teams, friendships and families. NeuroCurious: Unlocking Communication increases understanding, giving you a fresh lens on yourself and the people around you at home and at work, with practical tools to strengthen every connection in your life.

🎯 What To Expect

Led by Jess Rad (she/her), national award winning Founder of The WomenHood, with a diverse lineup of neurodivergent speakers each sharing their Unspoken Story, this event weaves together three essential elements:

  • Knowledge — the nuances of neurodivergent communication, accessibly explained
  • Mindset — lived experience stories that help you reflect, relate and connect
  • Toolkit — a panel discussion exploring how to practically navigate communication differences in your relationships and work life

👥 Who Is It For?

  • Individuals exploring neurodiversity or their own identity
  • Couples and friends wanting to understand each other better
  • Parents of neurodivergent children
  • Managers and team leads wanting to communicate and connect more effectively
  • Employers and HR leaders building genuinely neuro-inclusive workplaces
  • Anyone curious — you don't need a diagnosis or any prior knowledge
