Join AUSOME Charlie, Charlie Hart and Ollie Roscoe, to explore their own lived experiences of neurodivergence, gender identity and sexuality.

This 2 hour webinar will cover:


  • How neurodivergence can impact a person’s navigation of their gender identity and sexuality
  • Charlie and Ollie's own lived experiences of these topics
  • Tips on how to be an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent ally
  • Advice and ways to support a parent/carer/professional with a child or young person with neurodivergence who is exploring their gender identity and sexuality


As always there will be time for questions throughout the presentation.

Slides, references and CPD certificates will be available to attendees along with a recording to watch the webinar again for up to 30 days afterwards.

About the speakers:

Charlie Hart:


Charlie Hart AKA ‘Ausome Charlie’ (she/they) is a highly experienced, CIPD-qualified HR professional, and a popular and influential intersectional neurodiversity advocate.

Charlie is Bi/Pan, Autistic and ADHD, and has C-PTSD. She identifies as a ‘Queer AuDHDer,’ Charlie’s presentations and speeches centre her own lived experience and insights, underpinned with expertise in employment legislation and inclusion theory, and delivered with authentically neurodivergent quirkiness and self-deprecating humour.

Ollie Roscoe:


Ollie Roscoe (he/him) is an Autistic Queer Transgender Man who has worked in the combined fields of Autism and Mental Health for 15 years, and has been specifically focused on the intersection of LGBTQIA+, Autism and Mental Health for the past 4 years. He co-founded and led Birmingham's Transgender Social Support Community - TranSpectrum (now TranSanctuary) from 2017 until 2022.
