From helpful assistant to evil chaos machine: explore the ways AI could go badly wrong in 2026.

From helpful assistant to absolute chaos machine: join us for an evening at the AI Adoption Lab exploring the ways AI could go badly wrong in 2026.

We’re opening up the Lab for an informal get-together on where the hell AI is heading.

Come and hang out, have a drink, and talk about the new tools, new behaviours, new risks, and new opportunities emerging as AI adoption moves from experiment to everyday reality.

We’ve been deep in this for a while now, working with everyone from ten-person teams to international brands across the UK and internationally. And 2026 is already looking like a very different beast from the last couple of years.

There is a lot to be excited about. There is also a lot that can go wrong.

We’ll share what we’re seeing, what we’re learning, and the practical lessons coming out of real AI adoption work. We want to hear what you’re seeing too.

What you’ll take away

You will learn something, guaranteed.

Probably a few things about what to do with AI, and at least as many things about what not to do with it.

We’ll share practical techniques, useful tools, adoption patterns, failure modes, and the real insights we’ve been picking up from working with teams of all shapes and sizes.

We’ll learn something too. That’s half the point of having you here.

The space

The AI Adoption Lab is our HQ in the Design District at Greenwich Peninsula.

We built it as a place to think about AI properly: workshop space, kit, screens, decent coffee, and a room where you can actually have a conversation.

The crowd

Expect a mix of clients, partners, friends, people we’ve worked with, AI-curious leaders, local neighbours, and people trying to work out what to trust, what to test, and what to avoid.

People drop in from all over the world, so expect good company.

Tickets

Free, but limited so the room stays comfortable.

Drinks are on us.
