About this event

Step into a revitalising yoga practice designed to help you regain mobility, release tensions, enjoy body movement and reset your mind for the rest of your day.

This midday weekly class blends somatic warm-ups, gentle to intermediate stretches, and classical yoga postures in a way that’s accessible to all levels of ability; from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

What to Expect:

- Accessibility: A welcoming environment for all levels, including beginners and those seeking a slow-paced yet rejuvenating experience.

- Midday Energy Boost: Gentle but invigorating movements to help you shake off tension and return to your day with focus and clarity.

- Breath & Mindfulness: Breathing exercises (Pranayama) and short meditations to release stress, improve mental clarity, and promote a sense of calm.

- Body Awareness: Cultivate stability, flexibility, and strength in ways that are sustainable and supportive of your well-being.

This is a gentle class, but expect moments of challenge to keep you energised and focused. Each session will leave you feeling more centered and ready to approach the rest of your day with ease and intention.

Meet Your Instructor:

Andrea C. Luna is a yoga and meditation teacher passionate about making movement accessible for everyone. With a Diploma in Satyananda Yoga Training and advanced degrees in Performance and Directing, Andrea combines her expertise in movement, mindfulness, and creativity to offer unique classes that are both grounding and inspiring.

"My aim is to create a space where you can step out of the busyness of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate the energy you need to thrive for the rest of your day."

What to Bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat. While props like straps and blocks aren’t required, you’re welcome to use them if you like, and I can provide guidance on how to incorporate them into your practice.

Whether you’re seeking a mental reset or a gentle way to stretch and strengthen during your lunch break, this class is designed to help you feel more balanced, focused, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
