New Beginnings Postnatal GroupNew Beginnings is coming to the Beech House in Beaconsfield every other Tuesday from January 9th! Join breastfeeding counsellor and doula Sophia, child nutritionist Louise and cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist Camilla at our fortnightly postnatal gathering. A friendly, safe space for new parents to connect with one another, share the joys and challenges of parenting, swap tips and seek support from compassionate perinatal experts. Each session will focus on a different area of postnatal life (but they're all so intertwined!) with plenty of time to ask questions, chat and mingle. We'll finish off with a guided relaxation. Suitable for babes in arms. Session 1 on 9th January will focus on infant feeding.
