New Forest Parenting Programme (3-11 years)
6 week course helping parents understand ADHD, support their child, reduce stress, and connect with others for shared learning and support.
This 6-week course aims to improve parents’ and carers’ knowledge of ADHD and how it affects their child. Meet other parents and learn ways to:
- accept and celebrate your child as they are
- support your child and build their skills
- reduce your stress as a parent
- manage difficulties
Please note: By booking a ticket, you are reserving a place for the full 6-week course. Attendance at all sessions is recommended to get the most out of the programme.
This course will run 10am - 12pm every week, the dates for this course are as follows:
