Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of New Moon Nāda Yoga & Sound Healing at Bullbrook Community Centre in Bracknell.

This heart-centered gathering invites you to slow down and turn inward — gently releasing emotional residue, quieting mental chatter, and creating space for clarity, rest, and balance to arise naturally.

Nāda Yoga is the yogic path of inner transformation through sound — both heard and felt. We’ll blend mantra, vibration, silence, and deep listening to harmonise your whole being and reconnect you with your inner stillness.

Yes! No previous yoga or sound experience is needed — just a willingness to be present and open.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Each person attending needs their own booking — please book one ticket per order. Alternatively, you're welcome to confirm with me directly if someone wishes to drop in and pay on the day — just let me know in advance to help us avoid no-shows and hold space for everyone.

Do I need to bring anthing with me ?

A yoga mat, blanket, 2 cushions, and warm layers will help you stay comfortable. You’re also welcome to bring a journal, eye mask, or herbal tea if you’d like.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, parking is available near Bullbrook Community Centre.

Can I bring my teen?

Yes — you’re welcome to bring your teen aged 16 or over, provided they feel comfortable in a calm, reflective environment. Please book a separate ticket for them. If finances are a concern, we’re happy to offer a reduced price to help introduce them to Nāda Yoga and support their journey.

Is the venue and event wheelchair accessible?
