Overview

A gentle opportunity to carve out some time for you and tune into the energy of January's new moon. Come rest, nourish & reflect at the Yurt

New Moon Rest & Reflections

Join us for an in-person afternoon dedicated to rest and reflection as the new moon rises. It's the perfect chance to unwind, set intentions, and connect with others in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Yurt in Charlestown is a tranquil space created exactly for this kind of event.

We will carve out 2.5 hours to breathe, stretch, rest and rejuvinate with a specially selected combination of practises, drawing on the teachings of Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Qi Gong & Yoga Nidra inspired by the New Moon.

Your facilitators are:

Lisa Mulube - a integrative yoga therapist, yoga & meditation teacher and nature lover. She is combines yoga, science, nature wisdom and yogic philosophy to enable her clients & students to access a deeper connection with themselves and nourish their health & overall wellbeing. With experience in working with people with PTSD and trauma, her methods are intuative, evidence-based and person-centred.

Susie Cooper - a Mindfulness Coach, certified Daring to Rest Facilitator and a Qi Gong instructor. Her approach is trauma-sensitive, and she is an advocate of giving participants choice in everything she offers

We hope you will leave feeling completely rested, nourished and restored. Plus Tea & Cake!
