<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>The FREE New Product Development workshop is a master-class for anyone that has developed or is in the process of developing a new product, service or idea. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><SPAN>The introduction of a new product, service or business idea is notoriously expensive, fraught and risky. Blue Sky and CUE Ltd have developed this workshop to help owner/manager and would be entrepreneurs to benchmark their business idea against an established proven, tried and tested process.</SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>The workshop will cover the ‘Success Factors’ and a technique known as the ‘Stage-Gate’ process and it will introduce the concept of using a scorecard (diagnostic) to assess where the project is in its development stage and the discipline/benefits of ‘passing’ each stage gate test before progressing to the next.</SPAN></P>
