As we step into the new year, you are warmly invited to rest, reset, and realign within a sacred and nurturing space at Caythorpe & Frieston Village Hall. This Crystal Bowl & Light Language Soundbath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and consciously welcome the energies of renewal, clarity, and intention for the year ahead.
Allow yourself to be bathed in the pure, healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, supporting your body, mind, and nervous system to gently unwind. Alongside this, Light Language will be shared — a soul-level transmission that bypasses the mind and speaks directly to your energy field, awakening remembrance, balance, and inner harmony.
As the vibrations move through you, you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of spaciousness and peace. This is a time to let go of what no longer serves you and open yourself to fresh possibilities, guided by sound, stillness, and presence.
No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, and a hot water bottle if you wish, and wear comfortable clothing so you can fully surrender into rest. Bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

🕖 The soundbath will begin at 7:00pm and last 1 hour, followed by an optional 30 minutes of integration to gently absorb and ground the energies created.
🕰 Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in — late arrivals may not be permitted due to the nature of the experience.
If you have any health considerations such as pregnancy or heart conditions, please let Rose know in advance.
