What a way to welcome in 2026 and sit in circle to set intentions, connect with our higher power in community. This is a space to get in touch with yourself, sound, winter magic and new beginnings as we sit under the New Moon.
Good old fashioned traditions mixed with ancient healing brings together the gong and other healing instruments with the Cream Tea. Liz from High Lane Farm, Gawsworth will be blessing us with her delicious homemade luxury cream tea.
We are in love with sound and part of SOUND HEALING is being heard, knowing we are not alone and sharing our own sound in circle. Sharing in community and connection has been found to help break loneliness, addiction, fear, anxiety and many more things. No pressure on sharing.
Sound healing has been found to reduce pain and inflammation, help with sleep and also support the immune system - these are just a few of its benefits. We will also be connecting to the New Moon energy to help us with our intention setting.
The reason we work with this format for our gong and cream tea is to emphasize the importance of connection and community as part of the healing. We know sharing and listening is also an extremely powerful healer.
We dont give refunds as spaces are limited - but you can give your ticket to a friend.
