Newport Antenatal Workshop

A three hour antenatal workshop, offering information on labour, birth, pain relief, responsive feeding, and caring for your baby

This stand-alone workshop is for those who would like to learn more about pregnancy, your developing baby, giving birth, feeding your baby, and what to expect when your baby arrives. A midwife will be present to help you understand the signs and stages of labour, birth positions and pain relief.

Please note that if you have attended, or are planning to attend our five week Solihull Programme, you do not need to attend this workshop as much of the information is duplicated.

It is recommended that the mother should be 20+ weeks pregnant to attend the course. Partner, relative or friend are more than welcome. *Please ensure you book an additional place for your partner*
