Health Innovation Manchester is an Academic Health Science System established to drive proven innovation into health and social care services at pace.Leveraging the exceptional academic and clinical assets of the city region, Health Innovation Manchester brings together basic research, translational research, clinical demand and industry know-how and investment under a single umbrella; focussed wholly on the needs of a population of 2.8 million people.  Health Innovation Manchester aims to seek out and bring forward a constant flow of innovations, accelerating them through the evaluation process and supporting them through Greater Manchester's devolved decision-making structures so they are accepted at pace system-wide.

Invitation to join the NHSX Innovation Collaborative second national event

Health and care staff are invited to attend the second national NHSX Innovation Collaboration event, in partnership with the AHSN Network. Matthew Gould, Chief Executive Officer at NHSX, will provide an overview of the latest national picture, and plans for the forthcoming financial year and beyond, supporting future sustainability of the regional remote monitoring activity.Health and care teams who are deploying innovative remote monitoring technology into services across England will also provide a snapshot of how the projects are progressing, early wins and impacts, as well as key challenges, particularly in response to COVID-19.
