Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No, we will have a list of all attendees with us, so there is no need to bring your ticket. However, please ensure the walk leader checks your name off when you arrive. What can I bring into the event?Please dress appropriately for the weather. Wear sturdy walking boots or shoes and long sleeves and trousers to protect you from insect bites.A torch, or binnoculars might also be useful. How can I contact the organiser with any questions?During office hours, please contact events@surreywt.org.uk What do I do if I am running late or suddenly cannot attend?We will try to wait as long as possible for all attendees to arrive, however please appreciate some people arrive early therefore we are unable to wait too long. If you are running late please let us know by calling the walk leader. Their number will be in the confirmation email.If you are unable to attend at the last minute please let us know by calling the walk leader! We will assume you are running late and will be keeping the rest of group waiting.
