Do you need prior experience?

No, come as you are, even if you feel tired, you will practice with your camera off, and there is time for deep rest and integration at the end of the session.

What do I need to do to prepare for a session?

For online sessions, you will need: Wifi to access Zoom. Headphones/speakers so you can hear music, etc. A yoga mat and private space to practice where you will not be interrupted. Please dress comfortably to move.

Is it better to do it online or in-person?

It depends on the person. Some people feel more comfortable moving in their own home with privacy and others enjoy being in a live class with others.
