Our annual skinny dip, leave your hang ups on the beach and raise funds for awesome charities.
2026 Noody Dook
Come join us for the annual Noody Dook event
The Noody Dook is back – and this year, we’re stripping off for a serious cause. Now in its fourth year, our sunrise celebration is all about challenging yourself, celebrating life, and raising money for FRASAC (Fife Rape and Sexual Assault Centre).
It’s brave, it’s joyful, and it makes a real difference.
If you’re offended, this isn’t your crowd. But if you’re curious and up for something unforgettable pack your bobble hat, bring a flask, and join us.
What to expect:
- A gentle clothed yoga session on the beach (because nobody needs naked downward dog).
- A short countdown, the skirl of the pipes, and then – splash! – into the water.
- A spread of home baking from oor Patsy and the Carnegie Rotary crew.
- Onsite first aid and safety cover (we’ve got you).
- Warm bacon butties (and veggie options) afterwards.
- That unbeatable buzz of knowing you’ve done something bold, brilliant and good for a cause that matters.
You’ll feel absolutely awesome afterwards – leave your hangups on the beach and take your confidence into the world.
What past dookers said:
- “This is the best thing I’ve ever done for my confidence.”
- “We absolutely loved yesterday! Roll on next year.”
- “I came on my own and left with 140 new pals.”
