Drawn from the most recent Winners and prominent Finalists in the <A HREF="http://norauk.com/finalists-2016/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">National Online Recruitment Awards</A>, our 10 speakers will deliver a unique insight to how they achieved this, and how they view the road ahead for the coming year. Active at the cutting edge of today’s industry, our speakers from the UK’s top employers, recruitment firms and online recruiting platforms will deliver passionate and intense, 15 minute talks in a format partly inspired by TED Talks. The diverse nature of the speakers reflects that of the audience, and that we can all learn an immense amount from acclaimed recruitment professionals.

The Leicester Square Theatre, with it’s curved stage and auditorium is perfect for our event. Creating an intimate environment for our speakers and audience.
All RECex talks will be filmed in front of a live theatre audience and, once edited, published on the NORA Academy website. Over time, we plan to build a significant library of our best RECex speakers.
As filming of the event is so integral, we have partnered with Working Films and Nick Price to produce very high quality videos of each of our 10 speakers on the day. You may have seen his series of <A HREF="https://www.workingfilms.co.uk/careerlifestories/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Career Life Stories</A> videos recently, which featured Bill Boorman, Matt Jefferey, and Gareth Jones.
