Not A Class is a free, community workout built around training together.
This will be a 50-minute conditioning session. We’ll start with a warm-up and a clear explanation of the workout, then it’s very much a crack on situation. This is not a coached class — there will be no ongoing cueing or form checks, there will be no instructor running the class, once things get moving but it's a very relaxed workout.
The focus is simple: show up, train alongside other people, and have fun. Come on your own, bring a friend, or turn up knowing no one at all. There’s no pressure, no expectations and no cliques — just movement and community.
