The HighRise Project is based in Armley, in The Community Hub, Library.
Every Tuesday from May 21st, we will run 1-to-1 digital sessions focused on building your digital skills, and wellbeing.
Our aim is to bring to the Armley community, fun, relaxed and friendly activities.
Digital inclusion is a brand new service, that aims to support people to build their digital skills, encourages people to be more independent, whilst fostering a good relationship with the digital environent.
The Highrise Project runs free, friendly and diverse drop-in sessions, open to all abilities.
You can expect to learn about:
- Using email, basics of creating an email account, email safety & security.
- Staying in touch, basics of video calling, using social media & safety.
- Online entertainment, basics of watching a Youtube video, listening to music online, visiting an online shop.
