Fashion Revolution Open Studio Showroom in partnership with The Sustainable Angle and xyz.exchange introduces the research & development work of eight businesses from the Small but Perfect accelerator project supporting a transition to circular business.

Fashion Revolution Open Studio Showroom in partnership with The Sustainable Angle and xyz.exchange introduces the research &amp; development work of eight businesses from the Small but Perfect accelerator project supporting a transition to circular business models. The showroom is being held at The Lab E20, designed by Christopher Raeburn, supported by Get Living.Small But Perfect is a 30-month accelerator programme involving 28 small and medium businesses developing a range of solutions for the fashion industry to reduce its impact on the environment with new materials, recycling, upcycling, resale, rental, regeneration and repairs. This discussion forum taking place during Fashion Revolution Week 2023 is an opportunity for press and industry experts to meet the SME entrepreneurs to present their project, talk through the R&D process, and the outcome so far including prototypes, previews and product. The 2-day showroom will also be open to the public April 27-28 11-5pm. From grape 'leather' handbags to community approaches to making and working together; tech solutions connecting designers with clients (and the unwanted clothes in their wardrobes); smart ways of interacting with textile dyes that don’t pollute, to rethinking the materials and the lifecycle of our clothes, these businesses will show how they are embedding circular solutions into their work.
