Chris will present some fascinating ideas about the role of narratives, bias and risk taking: 'Working with narrative to better manage risk and see beyond inattentional blindness'.

Jadwiga will help us to consider the impact of organisational directives and the kind of positions they encourage social workers to take up in practice.

 This is a free event exclusively for IROs subscribed to NIROMP (www.niromp.org). Admittance will be refused to any individual not meeting this criterion.
Lunch and refreshments will not be provided but the venue is close to a range of shops and cafes.
