<H2>The frothiest 5k is coming to Nottingham! </H2>
Bubble Rush is a fun run with a difference - lots of coloured bubbles! You'll start in a sea of foam and then take on four different coloured bubble stations, where foam canons create an incredi-bubble 4ft bubble bath!  
Run, walk, toddle or dance your way around the family-friendly course.  Don't worry if you're not a runner - the event isn’t timed so you’re not racing against anyone and there's no time limit.  The course is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and there's no minimum or maximum age limit: So everyone can take part!

Adult: £20
Child: £10
Family (2 adults + 2 children): £13.75 per person
Why not get a group together? 6 or more adults: £18/person (child tickets can also be purchased as part of a group booking)

Nottingham Bubble Rush is raising funds for <A HREF="https://www.rainbows.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rainbows Hospice for Children & Young Adults</A>.  As the only hospice of its kind in the East Midlands, Rainbows provides vital care and support to children and young people suffering from life-limited conditions. The hospice provides end of life care, symptom management, short breaks and respite care. This includes specialist nursing, palliative medicine and therapies, including complementary therapy, music therapy, physiotherapy, play therapy and hydrotherapy.
Rainbows is a place for children to play, laugh and receive the best care possible. The care Rainbows provides includes supporting mums, dads, siblings and grandparents - because life-limiting illnesses affect the whole family.
Rainbows is currently looking after over 400 children and young people throughout the East Midlands, including those from Nottingham. It costs roughly £6 million a year to keep our doors open - so we would be delighted if you could include fundraising as part of your Bubble Rush preparation.

An official Bubble Rush t-shirt is included in the price of the ticket so please choose the size and quantity before you check out as you'll need to wear this on event day!  All finishers also receive a Bubble Rush medal.

 FAQs
 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There are no minimum age requirements for Bubble Rush.  Under 16s must be accompanied around the course by a paying adult.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.
 What's the refund policy?
We are unable to offer refunds for this event.
 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please print off or save your ticket to your phone as you will need it to register and pick up your t-shirt(s).  More information will be emailed to you at least two weeks before the event.
 Can I update my registration information?
Please contact  us through this website or <A HREF="http://www.bubble-rush.co.uk/contact" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">send us a message</A> via our website with any questions about your entry into Bubble Rush.  
Event information will be sent out by email at least 2 weeks before the event, so please let us know if any of your contact details change.
