About this month's host

Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food.

In 2005, they made the decision to start a restaurant serving phở while sat on high stools, slurping pho bo, in Ho Chi Minh City.

All these years later, Pho is a group of restaurants dotted around the country, serving great value, healthy Vietnamese food that’s cooked fresh in each kitchen daily.

Phở is SO much more than a bowl of soup. It’s an obsession – the soul of a nation.

A delicious, healthy dish that is eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner, constantly tailored to suit the individual.

Pho's mission is to spread the phở obsession by building a group of individual restaurants that are the best they can be in every way possible.

Pho Nottingham opened its door is January 2022, is an accredited venue with best bar nones for 2025 and recently won Nottingham business award for best National café and Restaurant 2025!

They are a successful accredited venue for Coeliac UK, as their menu and procedures for maintaining safety for all those who suffer from Coeliac disease or dietary requirements is met daily, their menu is 98% gluten free! Including a dessert menu that is 100% gluten free!
