An informal plant based supper club evening designed to keep you motivated with your health, fitness and lifestyle goals for the year ahead. We’ll be focusing on ways to nourish your mind, body and soul for optimum overall health.

Amy Patsalides is a Yoga teacher, designer and retreat curator and will explore how western psychosomatics combined with eastern yoga philosophy can help you break negative patterns.
Come and join us whether you’re a vegan, a carnivore or somewhere in between we’ll be taking a broad view to inspire you to nourish your body, mind and soul.
