Authors Kim Walker, Vicky Chown and Abigail James will be discussing various techniques and advice for achieving a natural glow, from skin treatments to holistic healing to anti-ageing methods. The discussion will be chaired by Brigid Moss of Red Magazine.
Vicky Chown practices as a medical herbalist in London. She worked at Neal’s Yard Remedies for six years providing natural health and beauty advice. Kim Walker works in environmental education and historical plant research, and is a researcher at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Vicky and Kim met five years ago whilst studying Herbal Medicine at Westminster University. They set up Handmade Apothecary to share with others their passion for the natural power of plants. Their first book, The Handmade Apothecary published in 2017.
Abigail James is one of the beauty industry’s most revered facialists and wellbeing experts whose unique practices are regularly requested by those-in-the-know for her 360 aproach to skincare combining advanced methods with her “Magic hands”. Abigail published her first book, Love Your Skin in May 2017.
