-A fermented foods demo by naturopath, district nurse and retreat chef Asa Simonsson
-A protein-packed, post workout snacks demo by plant-based chef Jordan Bourzig

Event hosts/speakers are donating their time to raise money for the Jamaican Hurricane Relief Fund with donations going to Jamaican charity FFTP (Food For The Poor Jamaica).
