Retreat Itinerary

9:30am – Welcome. Arrive to a warm drink, settle into the space, and set personal intentions for the day. 10:00 – 11:30am – Morning Yoga Asana. A gentle, flowing practice to open the body, connect with the breath, and welcome in spring energy. 12:00 – 1:00pm – Lunch. A nourishing, plant-based lunch with time to enjoy the peaceful grounds. 1:00 – 1:45pm – Forest Bathing & Nature Walk. A mindful walk through the woods at Damson Hill, opening the senses and finding inspiration in the beauty of early spring. Gentle foraging and quiet moments of reflection will prepare the mind for creative expression. 1:45 – 3:15pm – Guided Creative Journaling or Drawing Workshop. Drawing on inspiration from the morning walk, Alex will guide you through gentle prompts to explore authenticity, renewal, and balance.
