This session is advised to be booked as a continuation of the NUH Parent Education Classes (Face-to-face and Online), before giving birth or as a separate session after the birth.
This classes are only for patients that have their pregnancy booked at Newham University Hospital. You birth partner is included in your ticket!

- Wound Care (with Cesarean Section);
- Concerning symptoms for mom and baby after birth;
- Common symptoms for baby;
- Getting to know your baby's behaviour;
- Building a relationship with your baby;
- Mental Health for parents;
- Returning to excercise;
- Safe Sleeping;
- Baby Swaddlening;
- Cord Care;
