Both are also certified Executive Coaches and Mentors. Between them they have 40+ years in the classroom and the boardroom, with an additional 10 years working for themselves independently to support the education system.So are you ready to leave the classroom but you still want to make an impact in education? Or you are growing your side hustle as a part-time teacher/ part-time trainer, consultant or coach? And you want to learn from people who have been there and done it ahead of you?If you are considering moving from classroom to start-up or you are thinking about building a career portfolio then this is the development programme you have been looking for to nurture you as a business person who does education versus an educator who does business!The programme will explore:<ul><li>Session 1 – Motivation: Your Why/ Your Personal Branding/Your Ikigai</li><li>Session 2 – Mindset: Your Limiting Beliefs/ Your Reframe</li><li>Session 3 – Money Matters: Your Pricing/ Your Negotiation Skills</li><li>Session 4 – Marketing: Your USP/ Your Testimonials</li><li>Session 5 – Messaging: Your Networking Skills</li><li>Session 6 – Mapping: Your Business Plan</li></ul>The programme will be run across an academic year and will be structured as a half-termly virtual session:<ul><li>Friday 13th September 2024 11.00-12.30pm</li><li>Friday 11th November 2024 11.00-12.30pm</li><li>Friday 17th January 2025 11.00-12.30pm</li><li>Friday 14th March 2025 11.00-12.30pm</li><li>Friday 16th May 2025 11.00-12.30pm</li><li>Friday 20th June 2025 11.00-12.30pm</li></ul>Each session will include a masterclass with expert input, opportunities to reflect and discuss with peers.
