Nuttery Tree Planting Day

Bath City Farm is a community farm set on 37-acres in Twerton, Bath. We exists to support and empower disadvantaged members of our community by providing skill based courses, volunteering and workshops. We're also a free visitor attraction providing education and enjoyment for families and children, with a play park, cafe, wildlife, animals, walking trails and events.

Come and volunteer and help us plant 25 nut trees on the Farm! We'll be planting and staking 25 nut trees to increase food production.

Come and volunteer and help us to plant 25 nut trees on the Farm!We'll be planting and staking 25 nut trees, generously donated by the Forest of Avon Trust, to increase food production on the Farm. The trees are a mixture of Walnuts, Hazel, Almond and Peacan.The day is from 10 am to 3 pm and a light lunch will be provided free of charge.We have 10 places available!All tools provided (gloves available to borrow too), please wear sturdy footwear and dress for winter weather. The field we'll be planting in will be muddy and is not on even ground. Waterproof shoes can be borrowed on the day if required.
